Over the years, we’ve shared so much together, and I want to continue that tradition — which is why I have put together all of your favorite dishes from Beethoven’s #9 into a cookbook. Beethoven’s #9 has always been a family affair with two of my daughters working in the restaurant with me, and so this cookbook also includes our family’s favorite recipes that we prepare at home.
We miss each and every one of you every day now that Beethoven’s is closed, but I hope that we can continue to share our memories with you through the food that brought us together.
I am excited to provide you with two options to receive your cookbook: through shipping or FREE pick up. I plan to host two book signings in November where you will be able to pick up a signed copy of your cookbook in Paola or Topeka! The Topeka signing date, time, and location to be determined. The Paola signing will take place Saturday, November 14, 2020 from 10:00am - 3:00pm in the International Room at the Paola Community Center located at 905 E. Wea St..[Additional signing dates and locations will be added if requested.]
