Executive Chef
Linzi Weinert
The youngest of three girls, food was always a large part of the family. Linzi’s mom would have the whole family involved in making homemade ravioli, pickles, and much more. “Some of my fondest memories are based around food” says Linzi.
After high school Linzi attended Emporia State University for three years before decided to go to culinary school in Oklahoma City. Graduating in the top 5% of her class Linzi decided to move to the Kansas City area to be closer to family and to pursue her career.
With past experience at restaurants such as North Italian Cuisine and Pig and Finch Gastropub, Linzi was excited when her mom approached her about buying Beethoven’s #9. “It was not only my dream but also my mom’s dream and nothing is better than accomplishing both of our dreams together.”
